| Description: | Communication Federal Credit Union has an opening for an Assistant Branch Manager at its new branch to open soon in Bixby, OK. This individual will be responsible for overall operations and staff supervision in manager's absence. Capable of performing essential functions of any branch position as needed including processing transactions, loan interviewing, completing reports, etc. |
| Duties: | 1. Works collaboratively with the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the branch in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations. Aims for quality service delivery to members as a primary goal in all functions.
2. Interviews member for loan application and assembles related documentation for packet. Inputs data, submits to loan officer and disburses funds upon approval. Advises members of disposition. Is cognizant of status for any loan application within branch in order to substitute as necessary.
3. Acts judiciously within authority limits to make exceptions for check holds or waiver of fees, etc. Can handle or resolve matters regarding credit union products and services or member inquiries.
4. Opens accounts and performs maintenance transactions on share, share draft, Money Max, Individual Retirement Accounts and Share Certificates. Performs all basic financial transactions required of any MSR functions.
5. Mentors employee training to improve efficiency and ensure conformance to standard procedures and practices.
6. Supervises branch personnel in the absence of the branch manager.

| Qualifications: | 1. More than one year experience in a financial institution required.
2. High school diploma or G.E.D.
3. Two years of courses from an institution of higher learning or college level.
4. Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job required.
