| Description: | Communication Federal Credit Union has an opening for an Operations Detail Analyst at its NW Oklahoma City headquarters location. This individual will be responsible for the inspection and verification of all required information and documentation related to the opening of all deposit accounts and the on-boarding of new memberships according to credit union policies and regulatory requirements. |
| Duties: | 1. Verifies account information is complete and accurate to all compliance requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, MIP, Red Flag and any other aspect specific to this process.
2. Responsible for reporting and monitoring all errors and missing data and working with individuals in other departments or branches to ensure that all errors and necessary corrective measures are completed on a timely basis.
3. Assures signature card has been filled out properly; compares transaction
signatures to signature card on an ongoing basis.
4. Reviews deposited checks for proper exception holds within prescribed limits.
5. Assists with processing daily closed-account report and update signature card files.
6. Reports to appropriate credit union official if unusual, fraudulent or suspicious account activity is observed.
7. Acts in compliance with rules, regulations and statutory requirements regarding member accounts. Focuses on aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and proper reporting procedures.

| Qualifications: | 1. One year or more experience required in a financial institution, lending environment or customer service position.
2. High school diploma or G.E.D.
3. Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job required.
